En la entrevista se brindó detalles sobre los preparativos de la 7ma celebración anual del Día de los Muertos en la ciudad de Marion, NC. que se realizó el primer sábado de Noviembre.

El día de los muertos tiene sus orígenes en las culturas prehispánicas, que consideraban la muerte como una etapa natural de la vida y no como un final. Ya que los antiguos creían que los difuntos regresaban temporalmente durante esta festividad. Por ello, en estas estas festividades se traen ofrendas para sus muertos, acompañados de comidas y bailes tradicionales.
